SPF25 - Main Tournament (Certified)

February 21 - 23, 2025

Registration for the main tournament is closed.

All the other tournaments are available to join the day of the event. No pre-registration required.

$115 entry fee per person. Cash prizes will be paid to all 48 finalists and trophies to the top 4 in each division. Maximum 160 players.

Refund Policy: Refunds for the main tournament will be processed as 80% of entry fee through December 31, 2024. Processing fees are not refundable. Entry fee is not refundable after December 31, 2024.

The main tournament will be a certified event with a maximum of 160 players consisting of three phases of group match play:

Phase One - Friday February 21, 9AM - 5PM
Division qualifying in 4 rounds of 3 games per round with tiered swiss pairings.
Phase Two - Saturday February 22, 9AM - 5PM
Divisions A, B, and C will play 4 rounds of 3 games per round with tiered swiss pairings to qualify for finals.
Phase Three - Sunday February 23
Top 24 players in Division A, top 16 players in Division B, and top 8 players in Division C after Phase Two will advance to finals. Finals will be group elimination on a 3-game bank. Top 8 will receive a bye in Division A only.

SPF25 - Classics Tournament (Certified)

February 20-22, 2025
PARTICIPATION IN THE MAIN TOURNAMENT NOT REQUIRED

The classics tournament will be a certified unlimited entry best game event and may be certified plus if the event reaches 128 rated players (maximum 200 players).

Entries will be $3 each, 4 for $10 or 10 for $20.

Players may purchase unlimited entries to use on 15 classic arenas with their best 10 arenas counted.

Qualifying will be open Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday, with finals Saturday evening for the top 32 players. Exact timing will be published in the rules.

Finals will be group elimination on 3-games banks. No byes. Cash prizes will be paid to all 32 finalists and trophies to the top 4.

SPF25 - Women's Tournament (Certified)

February 20-22, 2025
PARTICIPATION IN THE MAIN TOURNAMENT NOT REQUIRED

The women’s tournament is a certified unlimited entry best game event. Max 200 players.

Entries will be $3 each, 4 for $10 or 10 for $20.

Players may purchase unlimited entries to use on 9 arenas with their best 6 arenas counted.

Qualifying will be open Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday, with finals Saturday evening for the top 24 players. Exact timing will be published in the rules.

Finals will be group elimination on 3-game banks. Top 8 recieve a bye. Cash prizes will be paid to all 24 finalists. Trophies to the top 4.

SPF25 - Max Match Play

Thursday February 20, 6PM
PARTICIPATION IN THE MAIN TOURNAMENT NOT REQUIRED

The Max Match Play IFPA sanctioned tournament will be held Thursday evening on the SPF main bank of games.

The event will be 10 matches of Max Match Play qualifying. Finals for top 16 will be group elimination, one game per round.

$15 entry fee per person on the day of the event, cash and trophies to the top 4 players. Participation in the SPF main tournament is not required - this event is open to the public and limited to 120 players.

SPF25 - Sunday Strikes

Sunday February 23, 10:30AM
PARTICIPATION IN THE MAIN TOURNAMENT NOT REQUIRED

This IFPA sanctioned tournament will be 5 fair strikes held on classic games concurrently with the main finals.

$15 entry fee per person on the day of the event, cash and medals to the top players. This event is open to the public and limited to 100 players.
